Century Immencity RCC structure quality ensures compliance with seismic zone, shear walls and raft foundations designed for high rise loading. Public zones have an internally premium imported marble or large format vitrified flooring with engineered wood used in selected bedrooms and anti-skid surfaces used in wet areas.

Century Immencity smart home features are standard, not add-ons. Some of the standard inclusions across the township include video door phones, smart-access common-area entries, CCTV across podiums and lobbies, boom barriers, and 100% power backup.
